We have planned fun and informative activities that will help you get settled at MCC, academically and socially. Explore the campus, meet other students, and learn the ABCs of going to MCC.
Mike Weber will be greeting and speaking to the students. Mike is with the Leadership Institute and works all across the country with organizations, schools and businesses helping them have more fun while figuring out creative ways to get more things done. As a new student, you'll participate in several workshops, which will familiarize you with the college and its services. You'll also see Mike Weber speak and perform, and get to have lunch with other students. MCC will provide lunch for all students.
If your parent or guardian is planning to attend, we've scheduled some activities from them as well! Parents will attend a Q&A session with the college's Vice Presidents. In addition, parents can participate in optional workshops about either financial aid or disability services. Lunch will also be available to parents for approximately $10 per person.
Please note that there are no childcare services available on campus, so please make alternative arrangements.
